Lone Star Addition was new design-build 3-story 18,000 sf office building. This project was designed using a Pre-Engineered Metal Building with single banded R-30 roof insulation and exterior walls are spray-foamed with intumescent coating applied for fire proofing protection. This building has an open office space concept at each floor with offices at the exterior perimeter with an open concept of storefront interior windows with solid pre-finished doors. Office building also includes an elevator and galvanized concrete filled interior stairs. Shiplap Featured Wall at main Entrance Lobby with company slogan. 3-story Holeless Machine Room-Less Elevator. Stained concrete floors at the Lobby and Restrooms, carpet tiles at all open areas and offices, ceramic tile walls at the restrooms and water bottle filling stations. Exterior finishes are an EIFS system, Gatesville stone veneer and custom ordered CMU Block to match existing building.
