Narrative – 15,000-square-foot production office and employee support facility designed to improve operational efficiency while creating a modern and functional environment for employees and staff. The project included open office workspaces, private offices, collaborative areas, upgraded restroom facilities, and a large employee training and breakroom area integrated within an active industrial manufacturing environment. Modern finishes, polished concrete flooring, energy-efficient lighting, and durable materials were incorporated throughout the facility to create a clean, professional, and low-maintenance workspace built for long-term use.
Constructed within an operational warehouse facility, the project required careful coordination to minimize disruption to ongoing production activities while maintaining schedule and safety requirements. The completed facility provides a modernized workspace that supports employee comfort, workforce training, and day-to-day operational functionality while positioning the client for continued growth and future expansion
